server.jsto match the current OpenShell CLI/runtime, including provider/inference command fixes and a sandbox base-image pre-pull that resolves the previous ghcr.io ... unauthorized failure during the launch flow.app.js,index.html, other-agents.yaml, and the logo/favicon assets so the UI now reflects OpenShell, no longer auto-starts provisioning on dialog open, and only marks the sandbox as created once it is actually ready.
